- We raise equity and debt capital for infrastructure assets and projects, via primary capital issuance and secondary sellside M&A.
- We are active raising capital across various renewable infra asset classes, with a particular specialism in bioenergy, EV Charging and BESS, in addition to traditional renewables.
- We advise developers on raising capital to fund devex as well as project capex.
- Our access to a broad range of capital also enables us to find capital for infrastructure assets.
Growth Equity
- We specialise in raising growth equity for companies looking to commercialise clean energy technologies, both hardware and software.
- Our mandates range from late-stage venture through to growth equity and we have strong relationships with climate growth equity, venture capital, CVC and energy transition private equity funds.
- We have deep experience of multiple subsectors including marine decarbonisation, battery chemistry & systems, hydrogen, grid management, energy efficiency and emerging energy-from-waste technologies.
Public Markets Equity
- We act as joint bookrunner or placing agent for listed companies raising equity capital across the clean energy sector, in particular for our research clients.
- We specialise in providing UK investor access, including non-deal roadshows, for non-UK listed companies looking to access UK- and EU-based specialist clean energy investors.
- We are experienced IPO practitioners and can provide both IPO advisory and IPO research capability as well as IPO equity-raising.
